18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement

All persons depicted in sexually explicit content on or accessible from NaughtyScroll were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

NaughtyScroll operates in part as a platform that displays content uploaded by users and content embedded from third-party websites. With respect to such content, NaughtyScroll acts as a service provider and is not the “producer” (primary or secondary) as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. Reporting

Such content will be removed promptly and, where required by law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
